INGREDIENTS (FOR 2 PEOPLE)
- 12 Ostra Regal oysters
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tbsp breadcrumbs
- Parmesan cheese
- 1 knob of butter
- Preheat the oven to 240°C or Th.8
- Open the oysters. Remove the first water and any pieces of shells.
- Peel and cut into an ovenproof dish. Divide the garlic and breadcrumb mixture on each of them. Sprinkle with a little Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. They must be golden. Serve immediately.
